• Please arrive 10 minutes early. This helps us serve you better.
• Need to cancel or reschedule? Just tell us 24 hours ahead. This lets us help someone else waiting.
3. Payments & Refunds
• Pay in full or in part when you book (we’ll let you know).
• We accept cash, card, and online transfers.
• No refunds after treatments start—unless there’s a serious medical reason, and our doctors approve it.
